A turn-key temporary living residence complete with utilities, furniture, telephone, accessories, housewares and linens can be coordinated and provided by the Relocation Administrator.

We work with a network of real estate professionals all across the country that can provide information regarding neighborhoods, commuting time, schools, child care, medical and professional facilities as well as recreational and cultural opportunities.

Household Goods Move Service
As an independent relocation management company, we represent our client corporation’s interests and select the best van line agents to coordinate moves and track each assignment from beginning to end. 

Mortgage Assistance
CRG has established successful relationships with national mortgage companies who offer a wide variety of mortgage products at competitive rates. 

Group Move Management
Whether the group move is a result of merger, acquisition or realignment of an operating group or corporate headquarters, CRG has extensive experience in each situation.

Expense Tracking & Tax Gross-Ups
CRG will assume responsibility for capturing the taxable and non-taxable expenses associated with relocation.  We assign the appropriate cost codes, calculate taxable expenses, calculate the gross-up payments and prepare the federal and state tax reports.

Outsource & On-Site Service
The Outsource Service allows CRG to assume responsibility and authority that has traditionally been administered internally by our client corporation.  The client corporation has the option to request the services of the Relocation Administrator in-house at their facility.
