Barbara F. Decker
Senior Vice President, Chairman and majority owner of CRG, Barbara has over 17 years of management experience.  She previously served as Vice President of Corporate Services for a Savings Bank in Rocky Mount, NC. Her responsibilities included management of the Human Resources, Purchasing and Marketing departments.  In her new position as Senior Vice President, Chairman and majority owner, she is actively involved in all aspects of the operations of the company.  She presides over management meetings and decisions regarding the future direction and growth of CRG.  Barbara was also instrumental in obtaining our certification with the National Women's Business Enterprise Council.  She holds a BA Degree in Psychology from NC Wesleyan and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. 

H. William Hull, Jr.
Senior Vice President and Co-founder of CRG, Bill worked with the late William T. Decker, Jr. to establish CRG.  Assisting with marketing and general oversight of the business operations, he continues to be involved in management meetings and decisions that direct the future course of CRG.  Bill divides his time between CRG and Hull Holdings, LLC, a commercial real estate management company.  He holds a BBA Degree from Wake Forest University and is a member of their Sports Hall of Fame.  Bill also served active duty in the U.S. army and retired as a Captain of the Army Reserve. 

Gregory S. Hutchins, CRP, GMS
President and Chief Executive Officer for CRG of Rocky Mount, NC.  Starting in the relocation industry with VanRelco in Denver, CO over 29 years ago, Greg's broad experience within the relocation management industry includes being a founding member of InterGroup Management Company.  They later sold to Associates Relocation Management Company where he held the position of President.  Thereafter, he assumed responsibility for the Home Sale Assistance Division and corporate marketing as Executive Vice President of ReloAction in Pleasanton, CA.  His knowledge and background include extensive experience working in and managing relocation operations, client relations, marketing and corporate consulting.  Greg holds a BS Degree in Business Administration and Economics from Culver-Stockton College in Canton, MO, is a licensed real estate broker in the State of North Carolina and is a decorated Viet Nam veteran.
